The problem
The product combined compliance, fraud detection, AI forecasting and more than 100 tests. Over time it had gathered multiple navigations, hidden menus and duplicate routes, so even experienced users struggled to find their way around.
What we did
We interviewed SMEs, clients, founders and employees, studied the product end to end, and rethought every screen and flow. Navigation was rebuilt around one coherent architecture, and the product received a new brand and visual direction.
Outcome
32% better navigation efficiency, 48% less navigation time, a unified information architecture, and a new brand and visual direction.
